I believe that the single biggest factor to success in Network Marketing is continuing personal development.  No amount of techniques or tools will make up for a lack internally.  I once heard a great leader describe Network Marketing as a “personal development program with a compensation plan attached”.  Some people are naturals because they already have a high level of belief and motivation and can share what they are offering from a heart-centered place with no attachment to the outcome.  For most of us though there are internal obstacles to coming from this ideal place.

Regardless of where we are now, what matters most is how what we do contributes to our personal growth and the growth of those we work with.  External reward is great and important, but who we are becoming affects everything in our lives.
