One thing that is amazing about entrepreneurs is that we have the opportunity to create our work environment and the energy of our business in any way we would like.  Most people who work for others are at the effect of much of the energy that has been created by the business owner and other coworkers.

How can we as entrepreneurs create the business in such a way that we love to work it and the energy itself is infectious and attracts those who we would love to work with?

First, most entrepreneurs get bogged down with the nuts and bolts of their business and ignore the source of it’s creation:

If this sounds a little woo-woo to you, then suspend your skepticism until the end of this post and video.  If you are reading this blog however, I will assume that you are cool with consciousness.

Think about the last time something went phenomenally well for you, where everything flowed and the outcome was much better than you could have anticipated.  Take a moment and feel the energy that you had when you were having that experience.

Now think about a time when everything seemed to be lined up to be easy and instead it was a total struggle and really feel that energy now.

What’s the difference between the two?

Isn’t the difference mostly about your thoughts and your energy?

I am always amazed at the stories that happen during Black Friday; people getting up at 4am and battling the crowds to get a deal.

What is remarkable about this year’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday is that they both broke records in terms of the amount of business that was done on those days..not arrest records or injury records…as far as I know

This got me to thinking about how this happens, what principle makes this such a huge event.
One of the most consistent teachings on Law of Attraction is the importance of Gratitude.
The more we can feel gratitude for what we have, the more we allow even greater things in.
